UNITED FC International Soccer Academy, INC (hereinafter, ¨United FC¨) firmly believes in protecting the confidentiality and security of your personal data. This document constitutes our "Privacy Policy" and describes how we treat the personal data we collect and receive.

This Privacy Policy is prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the Florida Information Protection Act of 2014 (FIPA) came into effect on July 1, 2014, expanding Florida’s existing data breach notification statute requirements for covered entities that acquire, use, store or maintain Floridian’s personal information. Along with the FIPA, United FC will use the CCPA which is the US equivalent of the (GDPR) of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data (hereinafter, "RGPD") and, with Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (hereinafter, "LOPDGDD") .  We will adopt the CCPA (or California Consumer Privacy Act) because both laws were created to protect the personal data of online consumers.

How have we obtained your data?

You have provided us with your data when requesting membership in our United FC Somos+ program.

By providing us with your data, you guarantee that you are authorized to do so, and that the information is true, updated, and that it does not violate any contractual restrictions or third-party rights.

You have the responsibility of keeping your data correct and updated, and United FC declines all responsibility if you do not do so.

You agree not to impersonate other users using their registration data.


 What types of data do we process?

 
     · Obtained from the interested person themselves: identification data (name and 

       surname, image, ID), contact data (telephone, postal address, email address).

 
     · Obtained automatically when visiting our website: We collect information related

       to your browsing on the United FC Somos+ Web/App as well as your interaction

       with United FC, through its official sales channels.

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

 
The provision of the requested data is mandatory as it is essential to formalize registration in the Program and manage your registration and participation in our activities.

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes, as applicable:

 
     · To manage your registration in the Somos+ program

     · To allow your participation in all those recreational football actions and

       competitions organized within the scope of our program.

     · So, you can benefit from the Points Program

     · Maintain contact and communication

     · Capture and disseminate images: it is also reported that, in the activities and

       competitions organized under the Somos+ Program. Photographs or videos may be 

       taken to inform and publicize them, as well as to document them and form part of

       the audiovisual memory of UNITED FC.

     · To send you, through electronic communications, information about our activities,

       products and/or services like those requested. We will only send you this type

       of communications if you authorize us by checking the option that we expressly

       include in the corresponding registration forms.


Said content may be published both on our website and on our social media profiles, as well as on paper (reports, brochures, programs, magazines, advertising or information posters and other stationery), as well as in all United FC International facilities.

If you do not want your image to be captured or disseminated, indicate this, if possible, at the time the image is captured or in our email Director@ufcinter.com , to respond to your request.
 
Data for minors under 14 years of age

If you are under 14 years of age and want to provide us with your data to join the Program and participate in any of the activities we develop, you can register only with
the authorization and consent of your parents. Ask them to help you fill out the forms in which we request your personal data.

In the event that fathers, mothers, guardians or legal representatives of minors detect data processing that has not been authorized, they may submit their complaints or queries by contacting Director@ufcinter.com

To which recipients can we communicate your data?

     · To the Entities when they are the organizers of the activity or competition in which 

       you are registered to participate.

     · To third-party collaborators or sponsors if you have authorized us to do so

       by checking the option that we expressly include in the registration forms (Please 

       note that each of the brands associated with United FC has its own Privacy Policy,

       which you will find available on the websites of the respective brands)

Personal data may be transferred to a third country or to an international organization if it is necessary for the purpose pursued.

How long will we keep your personal data?

We will only retain your data for the period that you are affiliated with the United FC Somos+ Program, or as reasonably necessary, only:


    · To comply with the legal or contractual obligations to which we are subject,

     · During the legal periods provided for the prescription of any liability on our part,

     · For the exercise or defense of claims arising from the relationship maintained with 

       the interested person.


What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

You can, when appropriate, exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, and opposition to its processing, as well as other rights, at the postal or email address indicated at the beginning of this privacy policy.

     · Right of access: You can ask us what personal data we are processing and even ask 

       us for a copy of it.

     · Right to rectification: You can ask us to rectify inaccurate personal data or to

       complete incomplete ones, including by means of an additional declaration.

     · Right to deletion (right to be forgotten): You can ask us to delete your personal 
       
       data when: it is not necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, you
      
       withdraw your consent, there has been illicit processing of the same or for

       compliance with legal obligation.

     · Right to limit processing: You can ask us to limit the processing of your data, in

       which case we will only keep it for the exercise or defense of claims.
 
     · Right to object: You can oppose the processing of your data if said processing is 

       based on the legitimate interest of the data controller or for advertising purposes.

Once any of the above requests are received, we will respond to you within the legally established deadlines.
 

Changes to the privacy and cookies policy?

If we proceed to modify the content of this Privacy Policy, we will notify you through the Website or the Program App when the changes significantly affect your privacy, so that you can analyze them and, if applicable, exercise your rights as an interested  party.
