GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Adherence to the United FC Somos + Program (hereinafter, the "Program") is voluntary and implies knowledge and express and unequivocal acceptance of these general conditions, the privacy conditions, and the legal policy.

United FC Int reserves the right to cancel or modify the General Terms and Conditions of the Program at any time and that is why we recommend consulting it regularly. The modification or cancellation of the Terms and Conditions of the Program will not give the right to compensation or compensation in favor of the Participant.

These General Terms and Conditions will be governed by the State legislation in which the program is being operated. For any issues that may arise or actions that may be taken, the parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the according counties.

Terms and conditions for participants (hereinafter, Participant)

Participation in the Program

Participation in any action and/or competition organized under the Program requires that the Participant has previously affiliated through a registration form available on the website or the United FC Somos+ App.

• Organizers of the actions and/or competition

• The actions and/or competitions organized under the Somos+ program will be carried out either by the Florida Youth Soccer Association FYSA, the United FC International Board, or by other organizing entities duly affiliated with the Program and under its requirements.

Cancellation of the program

The Participant may cancel his/her membership in the Program and, consequently, process his/her withdrawal as a user, through the email:   cancel@ufcinter.com.


Terms and conditions for organizing entities (hereinafter "Entity or Entities")

• Membership in the Program and registration on the UNITED FC Somos+ Platform.

Entities interested in joining the United FC SOMOS + program must complete the form attached below.

Once the form has been completed and the required documentation has been provided, membership is pending validation. It will be UNITED FC or the Entity by its registered office who validate the affiliation to the program. The requesting entities will be solely responsible for the accuracy and veracity of the data provided.

All affiliated Entities will have, free of charge, software for registration and management of actions and/or competitions, as well as a website provided by NOVANET that they can personalize and where they can publish all the content generated by the United FC Somos+ software, automatically.

If the verification is carried out successfully, the entity will be affiliated with the United FC Somos+ program and will be assigned a username and password, with which they can access their profile.

UNITED FC reserves the right to deny or cancel the registration of Entities when non-compliance with the requirements of section 2 is verified.

 

Membership requirements for organizing entities.

Administrative requirements

• They must be legally registered in the Division of Corporations in the state in which we are partnering, registered with their activity for administrative and tax purposes. It will be accredited by registration or receipt of the FEI/EIN Number, and registration must be Active within the regional tax administration or responsible declaration.

• Have Civil Liability insurance, with the coverage and insured limits necessary for said action, competition, or tournament, as organizer.

• Have Commercial General Liability Accident Insurance for Participants with the following characteristics and minimum coverage according to the requirements stated by Parks & Recreation, the County School Board, or the Arenas in which we will conduct any & all activities. We acknowledge that each partner will have to make sure to submit proof of such insurance to United FC Somos+ Board & the above corporate, county & city partners.

• UNITED FC INT or the corresponding entity reserves the right to request and verify the conditions and coverage of the contracted policy at any time.

Administrative requirements

• Commitment to submit the Competition and Disciplinary rules to be validated by the United FC Board of Director or the corresponding State´s Sports Youth Federation prior to the start of the Competition. Likewise, any change in them must be validated prior to their entry into force. A model of disciplinary rules will be made available to the organizers so that the organizers can use it and assume it as valid for the Competitions.  For example, when in the State of Florida we will be using the FYSA Disciplinary rules FYSA DISCIPLINARY RULES – USA-Soccer & henceforth according to the state and governing body.

• Register all the actions and/or competitions that you wish to organize under the United FC Somos+ program as well as its Participants in the program's own software.

Requirements for connection with the program

• Commitment to provide the data required by the Program in a timely manner, with accuracy and veracity, and to keep it duly updated.

• Communicate your affiliation to the Program in your communication channels and include the Program logo in all promotional and official materials of the actions and/or competitions organized under the program. The use of the Program marks must be limited exclusively to the scope provided in this section.

 

Recognition requirements and conformity with other aspects

• UNITED FC is not responsible for the organization of the actions and/or competitions organized by the Entity! nor of the contents included in its Websites, and the Entity must hold UNITED FC NOT RESPONSIBLE against any claims from third parties.

• Except as provided in section 2.3. b., participation in the program does not imply the transfer of industrial or intellectual property rights owned by the Entity or UNITED FC. Neither party will acquire any right over the content owned by the other and agree not to grant or assign to any third party any right over the materials owned by the other.

• Membership in the Program is voluntary and may not be assigned, transferred, or subrogated without prior written authorization from UNITED FC Somos+ Board.

• Membership of the Program does not imply the creation of any type of company and/or association between the Parties involved in it, and consequently, it is absolutely prohibited for one of the Parties to represent the others or vice versa.

• Membership in the program by the entity has no associated cost.

• The affiliation of the Entities may be revoked by UNITED FC in case of illegal use or use contrary to the objective of the transfer, which is the organization of the development of soccer actions and/or competitions. It will also cease to be effective in the event of cancellation of the program by UNITED FC, which would be communicated at least 1 month in advance.

• The intervening Parties establish that the sending of related notifications made during the validity of the program must be formalized in writing, and sent to the email Director@ufcinter.com , in the case of UNITED FC, and to the email provided by the Entity in the affiliation form, in the case of the Entity.

• For the registration of Participants in the actions and competitions organized by the Entity, the following data is requested:
  • First Name
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • ID (photocopy is optional depending on the action or competition)
  • Birthdate
  • Address / Zip code of your home
  • Gender
  • Players Position on the field (will be requested only for participation in   certain actions or competitions)
  • For minors: the authorization of the guardian and their ID is required
  • Telephone number
  • Photography (optional)

After completing these details, registered participants will obtain a unique registration number in the Program.

• The Parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of any data or information provided by one of the Parties to the other, to which they have had access and/or of which they become aware due to affiliation to the Program. Said obligation of confidentiality will be extended to personnel in the service of either Party and/or to any other person involved in the provision of the services object of this Agreement.

Confidentiality obligations will remain in force during the validity of the membership and will continue indefinitely once it ends.

• Free use license for the United FC Somos+ software (also called the Platform or Somos+Web)

 

UNITED FC provides the Entity with a user license that allows it to create and manage different recreational football actions and competitions within the scope of the Somos+ Program. Access to the license is free and voluntary.

As the organizing entity, it is the Entity that provides services to the Participants of its actions and competitions according to the sport.

UNITED FC does not assume any responsibility with the organization of the actions and/or competitions or with the provision of services offered by the Entity to the Participants.

The licensee is the UNITED FC SOCCER INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY INC,  with Documen Number  N13000006248 with address at 1982 NE 52ND Street. LIGHTHOUSE POINT, FL 33064

Web Somos + (software that allows you to create the Entity's website in a simple and automated way, where you can consult the data and statistics of the competitions, news, documents, etc.).

The entity will create a web banner of UNITED FC SOMOS+ on their site for commercial exploitation.

 

United FC International Somos+ Soccer League Payment

Development Fee: $1,100 for 10 Months

Payable upfront with no additional fees.

 
Payment Plan Option:

• Registration Fee: $200

• Trimester Fee: $400 (Registration Fee + 1st Trimester Fee due upon Sign up)

• 2nd & Final Trimester Fee, each of $400 are due on 3rd and 6th month of 

initiation of program.
